Great location, comfortable bed, the staff were kind.

A spam bug got into the system either on their end or booking.com’s end, and a spam message was sent out where we put our credit card details in and the spam tried taking €1,600 from our account. The hostel is aware of this bug, and they were frustrated and apologetic about it, but I wish they had had a way of informing me prior to the payment that this was spam. It wasn’t until I message the hostel myself to ask what was going on, which is then when they informed me. Would have been helpful if they had sent out a mass message to everyone who had booked with them, as soon as they found out about the bug. All in all, I know they weren’t the cause of the spam and shit happens so I’m not holding it against them!
