Location was good. Balcony and view if lake good. Very quietly situated

Very cold. Second bedroom cramped but we are adults.

The views to the lake from the property are really nice and the owner was great answering our messages. Good mattress.

No wifi, living area was quite cold despite the two heatings and poor water pressure of the shower.

The location on the lakeside was lovely….

Cold, heater didn’t work in the bedroom…only there for weekend and after contacting owner didn’t want to wait in for someone to sort it..also shower water pressure was weak and water through the shower was warm not hot despite hot water in other taps. Sofa bed in lounge was full of pet hair.

It was a beautiful location , out of season we expected quiet and that was all we could ask for.. The site shop was the only place open , the people in there were helpful and chatty which was great . To visit in the summer would probably be a better option !

The cabin we stayed in was lovely but being winter it was freezing , the heating was inadequate for the time of year even though extra oil radiators were left for us which we had on the whole stay and we still didn't get warm !. There was also a card metre for the electric which we weren't expecting so we were concious the whole time of running out of electric and the extra costs involved. .

Gorgeous location on Swan lake with a short drive into Caernarfon.

It was quite cold, despite all the heaters which cost a lot to keep on. Luckily we were only there 2 nights, would have been very expensive for a week.

Beautiful view and really quite.

Self pay electricity

The whole booking experience was perfect, the hosts were very prompt in replying to our questions etc. The holiday park is very scenic and the location of the chalet looked on to the lake. There are lots of walks from the chalet and nearby there are beaches and places to visit. The chalet was clean and had everything we needed. We used a fuel card which was obtained from the reception. We would definitely visit again but maybe in warmer weather although during the day it was dry and sunny.

There was nothing open on the site as we went mid-week in November, but we knew this before we went, The chalet didn't really get warm although we had the heating on as high as possible but again it was November. The price for three nights was the same as for two, so we felt the price was good but had we stayed only two nights it would have been expensive for the size of the chalet and the fact that there was nothing open.
