Very comfy beds and views over the lake with geese, goslings, moorhens and swans. Nice selection of DVDs.

This chalet is the only place I’ve been where you have to pay for the electricity! I would rather pay a few pounds more and have the electricity included. Advertised as sleeping for 6 but there were only enough seats for 4 people, inside and out. There was a base for a parasol but no parasol which was needed as the sun was very strong on the porch. The microwave doesn’t work and the sliding doors on the shower difficult to manoeuvre. Not enough basic pots and pans etc for self catering.

Lovely chalet, at the end of the road. Lovely views over the lake with wildlife . Very quiet and relaxing.

Nothing. As a family we loved every minute and was sad to leave.

The view was incredible, to see a swan and ducklings from our outdoor seating area was amazing. We were fortunate to have a sunny day, so being able to sit out in nature was an absolute bonus. Also I contacted Tina and David to get some recommendations for local walks and they replied very quickly.

The only slight disappointment was no bbq. We had bought food with us with the intention of having a bbq but couldn’t find it. I contacted the owners, who responded very quickly explaining the bbq had been damaged by a previous guest.

The property and location was ideal for our family walking holiday.

We really liked the property, maybe something that could be considered is the pullout sofa bed is showing signs of use, the cushions ect. The solar lights on the outside over the balcony did shine into the lounge area at night, but not a major problem
