Reasonably priced room in convenient location for exploring the Catlins area. Well equipped large kitchen and several spacious areas for relaxing and dining. Nice tiled bathroom with generous towels.

Wasn’t prepared for it to be more backpacking type of accommodation. Remove your linen and rubbish from room.
