misinformative staff, says there is a self check in, but forgets to mention that it only works until 11 pm, so by the time i got there I couldn't check in and had to look for another place, didn't recieve refund either

Private room was very comfortable and the kitchen was great!

Only a small thing. The bathroom was a shared bathroom with the dorms next door which was fine except people kept forgetting to unlock the door so we could never use the bathroom

People workes there were very nice, helpful.Room was cozy, clean.

Kind, friendly staff. We’ll run and maintained. Great location, could walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

Great kitchen and courtyard with tables. Very comfortable. Good beds - lower bed has curtains.

Only one bathroom for the womans dorm and its shared with private room. There was a rush near check out time. I booked a mixed room to be with my friend but they automatically changed me to a female dorm without asking… and did not offer to change me back to mixed. They should ask if this is ok before changing me.
