Only one men's bathroom for almost all men staying there.

Generally fine. A good choice for me given location and price. You are a block back from the sea, and across a busy road and within a residential area. But it is an easy walk. Hostel is on the ground floor of an apartment building in the Soviet area of Batumi, between the old town and the newer towers. The old Soviet buildings can be a bit grim, but it is history of a kind, and makes both the old town and the new developments walkable at a pinch. Several supermarkets of moderate size accessible from the back. I stayed in private room, which was good value with a window onto a play area and residential spaces. The dormitories have no windows, possibly a bit confining. There were a few mosquitoes about and they had coils burning for the common areas. Though in my own room I wasn't bothered too much. An interesting mix of characters staying. Probably too diverse for easy sociability. But the owner speaks good German, as well as Russian and Georgian. Small kitchen was handy for simple meals. All in all a pleasant stay.

Nice location, clean and quiet. We stayed just one night, everything was good

Stuff was very friendly, location was perfect and there are markets, boulevard near the hostel. Bedclothes was clean.

If there would be an air conditioner inside rooms or even a cooling system,it would be perfect.
