Newbrough Bunkhouse

Perfekt für Wandergruppen. Einfach aber gemütlich.

I liked how clean smart and comfortable the bunk house is, the honesty shop/cupboard was lovely touch. The shower room was like home from home.

There was nothing to dislike about this bunk house

Great value for money. We were travelling up for a wedding in Hexham. The bunkhouse was well priced and a short taxi to and from Hexham which didn't cost alot.

Firstly the history and look of the building outside. Inside was modern and clean.

Convenient location for Hadrians wall. God instructions from owner as there are no staff on site. Plenty of kitchen facilities and selection of condiments. Great pub next door for food.

Only received instructions email after arriving so spent first half hour looking for staff and trying to work out key codes. Arrived freezing cold after cycling from Workington on Hadrians cycle way only to find you have to make your own bed. Not that much of an issue but considering this accommodation was more expensive than the Travelodge and you don’t make your own beds there. Bedrooms windows don’t open so it was like a sweat box in the middle of the night.
