Hostel Ka Doma

The hostel is located in the very center of the city, on a pedestrian street. It's a chance to stay in an old, authentic building.

There is no reception on site – you have to go and find the administrator in a cafe at the other end of the street. The room itself is extremely bare: just a bed and literally nothing else. Not even a towel is provided. The only power socket in the room was dangerously sticking out of the wall with exposed wiring, I didn’t dare use it. The bathrooms don’t even have soap. We also experienced an overbooking issue – our room had been booked by someone else as well. That might have been a platform error. Yes, it’s “just” €30 a night – the same price you’d pay today for a studio in a Dubai hotel with a gym and a swimming pool.

This hostel is located right in the heart of the town. It was easy to find and very comfy inside. The staff was really open and gave me lots of useful advices and recommendations. Would love to come back again.

The hostel is just getting started so a little rough around the edges, but a comfortable base ;)
