At the city center, good WiFi.

I had been waiting for anyone to meet me for about an hour. Nobody was waiting for me. There is no one at the reception. Everyone can enter and do what they want. No control at all. The house is old, everything is old and dirty too. No kitchen. Absolutely small bathroom. Everything is dirty, dusty, unpleasant. When I checked in there was rubbish everywhere and rotten food. The light is dim, the bed is uncomfortable.

The room has an electronic stove but was not working properly and the room was cold. No lockers.
