My room was not available so we propose me an other room but more expensive

De lokatie is redelijk dicht bij het centrum.

Ik had een hotel geboekt, maar dat bleek ineens geannuleerd. Dit hotel bood nog een kamer een uur voor aankomt. Toen ik aankwam, bleek er toch geen kamer meer beschikbaar. Er werd mij een kamer aangeboden in een gebouw in de buurt. Dit was absoluut niet gelijkwaardig. Ik moest de badkamer delen en de slaapkamer had geen raam. Ik kreeg eat korting, maar de kamer was nog eeg prijzig voor wat het was. Het is dat ik zo snel niet ergens anders terecht kon in het centrum, maar ik vond de manier van handelen heel bijzonder.

Decent location, close to airport though far from beach. Room was large.

I was in a private room which was separate from main building. The main outside door did not lock, it didn't even close and I didn't feel secure at all as there was only a flimsy lock on my bedroom door. A man was sleeping on the group floor too in the back, unsure was he working there or not. Also a decent gap under the door so mosquitos kept getting in. Shared bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. Maybe the shared dorms are better but not worth the price imo.

There was hot water and Aircon in the room. Was a grand place to spend the night but it didn't have much of a vibe if you're looking for a "nice" place to stay/spend time. It really just depends on what you're looking for.

It's very much just a place to sleep, the room was large but empty and undecorated, the lock on the bathroom didn't work. For €17 I felt it was a little bare and there was no communal space to hang out if you were passing the time.
