部屋にバスタブがあるのは良かった

床に鞄を置いていたら、朝アリだらけになってました！ 鞄を何回ひっくり返しても出てきて、翌日以降も出てきて最悪だった。

Mr Khang is the best host with quick resolutions to all requests as he goes out of his way to please all guests even after checking out with airport transfers & tours in other cities....left some personal possessions but he arranged Grab bike to drop back to me, also got me on a Ha Long Bay cruise - all above & beyond so even with the hotel slighty dated, I highly recommend the hotel just for him.

Rooms are out-dated & needs refurbishment.

The room was clean and comfortable with spacious bed and no smell. The bathroom was equipped with enough facilities. As for the owner, he was really hospitable and helpful on giving recommendations on places to visit during the stay. He also supported booking tickets and car rentals to famous tourist attractions in advanced, having better price than booking by ourselves. The neighborhood provided wide range of food having good price and quite tastety. Breakfast and cafe were also easily to find.

The facilities like AC and fridge were a little bit wear-off, it may take quite a little to feel cool at first, but for the night it was cool enough to put us in sleep, so that was not a big problem. For those who expect city view, that was not the case for our room unfortunately. That's not what we should expect for this price range by the way.

The property is in a good location, the room was spacious, with decent air conditioning and a comfortable bed — all appreciated.

Unfortunately, when we arrived at 6 PM, the room still wasn’t ready. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication: no explanation, no reply to messages or calls, and we were just left waiting in the lobby. In situations like this, language barriers and attitude make all the difference. A bit of basic communication would have avoided unnecessary frustration. Also, the cleanliness and organization of the ground floor matter — it’s the first impression you give your guests.

Really close to the dragon bridge and night food market, both are an easy walk away. We enjoyed the location being away from the beach which can become available is quite built up and extremely touristy. The location of Khanh is very good. The host gave us loads of information and things to do and also helped us to organise tickets and tours at a good price.

Nothing really. It's not a boutique resort, but it's affordable and when you are only really there to sleep and shower it is really great.

I was not aware only cash accepted. I had to pay about 140,000 dong for the cash withdrawal All other places I stayed including home stay accepted cards It was mentioned breakfast included (:
