Great location, great room, Graham is such a lovely friendly host, and very helpful. Such a good communication with him. We were impressed how clean, well equipped and organized kitchen was!

One thing only is the shower cabin was very small, and was difficult to bend down for a shower gel, a corner portable shelf would be useful. Everything else was great.

I could not asked for anymore graham was outstanding and considerate he made me so at ease he went out if his way for me and more

The bed was comfy, central location, just what we needed. Great communication from Graham.

Excellent location. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely owners.

I wish there was one more toilet available.

It was very near to Chester train station where I was working. It was clean.

I suppose, if I'm honest, the one thing I really couldn't get on with were the pillows, sorry they were like sleeping on bricks and they hurt my ears. Also I wasn't too keen on the shower, I like to have a little hand held head to rinse all soap clean away. This shower had a large fixed head. There was no telly and the only seat was a dining chair!
