The house had a lovely feel, ample space for all guests, comfortable beds and enough extra blankets.

We struggled a bit with hot water, and the main bedroom door got jammed locking us inside. But great help from staff sorted the problem swiftly

It was cozy and warm.

The staff felt like family, with a warm welcoming. It was just what we needed, a holiday away from the busyness of life. Staff made it possible for us to go horse riding and Riana looked after my youngster for that time. The home was cosy with all the necessities and the rooms was spacious with good bedding. We can't wait to visit again! Thank you The Outpost

Somewhat the view of the lake.

The bedsheets were not cleaned properly with the beds being extremely hard. The surrounding area is not serene nor isolated as advertised. The pictures shown/advertised are not similar to the place that you end up booking (once booked you can see the actual place and it is non-refundable). The entire Cabin resembles patchwork with the toilet being taped up, sink cracked and shower accumulating dust and mold. The cleaning services does not clean everywhere and they failed to use soup for certain dishes taking a lot of shortcuts.
