BBQ Hostel Ha Long 2

Very clean and friendly staff

The staff is soo nice and friendly! They’ll help you with everything. They also have very good food and breakfast.

Great clean hostel almost bordering on a hotel. Had a private twin bed room with private bathroom and was very comfortable even came with UHD tv. The staff and potentially (owner, operator) spoke good English and was extremely helpful.

Location was unideal, it's locked away in a developing villa estate which feels a little out of place. This was the only place in the large complex that was operating as many of the private villas were still under construction. This meant almost no atmosphere around the hostel and a slight walk to the main city area of halong which was extremely and eerily desolate, I think we may have been the only people walking about at 9pm at night and barely saw anyone else around. It was that quite we thought we may have been the only ones in the hostel/city. This was in the early January period which was more toward the winter/offseason period.

Everything about this little hotel. We booked the king room and it was totally worth it. My girlfriend was delighted with the room condition. Clean, everything brand new, clean bathtub, toilet with electrical bidet, a shower room...to sum up, it is well equipped. Staff were super friendly, even recommended us to take a Ha Long Bay cruise tour package in which we totally had a blast with. I would recommend anyone looking for a cozy stay to take this hotel up with no hesitation.

I liked everything. If I had to be picky...this area is kinda new and a little bit further from city center. But the staff is very helpful and got us a taxi easily upon our request. It's a short 10min ride.

Hostel is nice. Jane who runs the Hostel is absolutely amazing! You should choose this hostel just because of here :)
