The setting and views!!!

Would be great if you could braai with wood, maybe a boma just below the deck, understand the fire risk, but that could be handled if built correctly

An idyllic log cabin nestled in between nothing but beautiful scenery, mountain scapes and out of this world sunsets/sunrises. Come here if you need to break away from the hustle of everyday life and just relax. Bring a bottle of wine and enjoy an afternoon on the deck overlooking stunning views. Take a walk and stop to say Hi to the horses, especially Butternut. Peter and Annie is such wonderful hosts; friendly, accommodating and a delight to have a chat with. It's safe and the road to drive to the property is not that bad at all. Everything is available inside, even the rusks were a special touch. Super clean and very spacious. The deck/braai area with the view is absolutely the sell of the property. We'll definitely go there again. Thanks!

We did not find any problem with our stay. We had a lovely time at Alto log cabin. For some, the drive to there and no wifi may be a problem. We did not mind, then again, one has to go there to take a break from everything and just enjoy the company and nature, anyway.

"To beautiful for words"

The view was spectacular, quiet, lovely and serene, words cannot express, and the hosts make it way to good to be true. Peter & Annie 👏👏👏👏

That I did not have enough time. Think about it even 2 weeks here wuld never be enough....
