The staff replied to messages within an hour. and accommodated requirements.

no guidance to check in and waited for an hour to get the key access code. and no one picked up the telephone to help.

The location. In Kapana but without the typical 24 h noise for the place.

If you expect only bed, WiFi and shower , it is OK. There is nothing more. Even a glass or cup despite the electric kettle for which there will be no outlet. To be honest there is also air conditioning, absolutely mandatory in summer in Plovdiv.
