FRGreat place, great people, great coffee, great facilities. We loved the swimming pool, the yoga haul, the movie screen and the view straight on the crocodiles. Amazing place!

GBReally well designed place with a great dip-pool, relaxing areas and viewpoints right on the river opposite the national park. Food is very good & the young man working the bar / coffee machine is an excellent member of staff.
They sent me a message saying they'd then send on further information about their trips - they didn't. I mentioned this on arrival, to which the response was 'That wasn't me!'. When taken to my room, there was no key. It was really difficult to lock the room, maintenance was promised but this never happened. When I checked out I gave my name but was still given the wrong bill (4 times the price that of my own bill). I was then asked for my name & it was listened to. Staff performance needs to improve beyond those mentioned above.
GBThe location was great, 5 mins from the main area of Sauraha yet peaceful and with a great view of the river. It felt really natural, and the jungle showers were cool
Overall the vibe was a bit off, I arrived late (around 11pm) due to a 8h delay with my bus and the owner was really awkward and confrontational about this, making me feel quite unwelcome. Other younger staff members were also quite rude, and I was ignored several times when asking about simple things. I also felt there were more workaway volunteers than paying guests, and I was the only non-workawayer in my dorm room.
AUBeautiful property in the best location! Great atmosphere and staff. Saw plenty of wildlife from our room , the pool and the bar. I really enjoyed the outdoor cinema which created such a nice relaxing vibe and a really great way to end the day.
Pool was getting cleaned 1 day we were there (understandably) and some maintenance going on due to Nepals recent weather events (also understandably) but the staff were so accommodating and informed us of both of these
