Cleaniness could be improved in the toilets/showers Younger staff members should not be spitting around the property. Its not really appealing to hear this sound all the time when just waking up or eating/drinking 🙈

CHBeautiful location on the river. Comfortable bed and nice shower and bathroom facilities (shared). The owner helped us organize many tours with an excellent local guide. The pool is also very nice.

ITLa vista sul fiume è molto bella, anche tutto il complesso ha un grande potenziale ma da rivedere alcune cose. La guida che ci ha seguito al safari (Prem) è stata molto brava. L'autista che ci ha consigliato il proprietario per il giorno che dovevamo andare via è stato un ottimo autista.
I bagni che sono in condivisione purtroppo non sono puliti e hanno un cattivo odore. La nostra camera (su palafitta affacciata sul fiume) è in discesa e la struttura è traballante ogni volta che ci si cammina sopra. La piscina è bella ma non ha un ricircolo d'acqua, risultato: l'acqua è verde alga. Il proprietario è particolare, l'impressione è che sia in vacanza anche lui più che fare l'albergatore tranne al momento di pagare.
GBReally good location, great view of the river for animal spotting. Close to the tourist bus station. The food menu was good value in relation to the area. One female staff member was very attentive and helpful. The owner was helpful and welcoming.
There were only 2 toilets which we could use. The outdoor shower did not work. We were in the top tree house and the roof and walls leaked in multiple places excessively, our things got wet as did the bed and covers. The younger male staff members lacked interest and ignored us multiple times at the bar. Lots of dogs barking continuously in the night, would suggest ear plugs. The pool was drained and not in use for 3/4 of the days. We understand it was not peak season but the above reasons impacted our stay
BELocation is really nice! You can see crocodiles from the bar and it is in the middle of Sauraha. We got a free sight seeing tour on our arrival day with a really nice guide. The owner helped us a lot with problems we had with our transport. The food is delicious!
We had bad luck and it rained a lot. We slept above the toilet and when it is raining both the toilet room and our lodge smelled bad.
