Infelizmente o local era insalubre, fizemos um reserva de 8 diárias e não conseguimos ficar nem 2 dias. Pois os espaços compartilhados cozinha e banheiro estavam imundos, mais imaginamos que iria melhorar e no outro dia a mesma coisa eu tive que limpar o banheiro para utilizar mais a cozinha era pior ainda panelas inutilizáveis tudo sujo além de ter algo podre dentro de uma fritadeira elétrica a dias com muito mal cheiro e moscas. Quando nos vimos aquilo saímos de lá tentei o reembolso dos dias que eu não fiquei lá pois contratei 8 diárias e só fiquei de um dia pra outro mais ele me reembolsaram apenas metade da diária mesmo reconhecendo a insalubridade do local. Um completo descaso!

This hostel has to be the best located hostel in Auckland NZ. Literally 4 min walk from Waitemata Train Station which is Auckland's City's main Transport hub. Which is very important.Especially if your a Backpacker or traveller. I've stayed at many hostels around the world. and this one feels like home it's safe and not as crowded as some others. The cleanliness of the hostel is ok. And manageable. The hostel is situated on the 9th floor.the view from my room is stunning. Thank you to the staff there also .would recommend this hostel to family and friends if they come to New Zealand.

We absolutely loved the location, very central. Had everything we needed there.

Could have been slightly cleaner, but compared to other hostels we weren’t mad at all.

The people seemed friendly and the location was great 👍🏾

Unfortunately our experience here was very disappointing. We stayed two nights with our two children while attending a competition and found the overall cleanliness well below what we expected. The room and shared areas had a very strong unpleasant smell, and the fridge, bathroom, toilet and kitchen appeared unclean. There were also stained blankets in our room and small items left on the floor from previous occupants (including used nails and nail clippings), which suggested the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom facilities were in a state where I personally didn’t feel comfortable using the shower during our stay due to visible mould and general cleanliness concerns. We have stayed in many hostels around New Zealand and understand that budget accommodation is simple, but basic hygiene and cleanliness are still really important — especially when travelling with children. Unfortunately this was the poorest condition we have experienced so far. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleaning standards for future guests.
