Cabaña en el Bosque de San José del Pacífico 3

I like the isolation and natural environment the cosy log burner made us relax and feel comfortable

The road in and out. A small welcome hamper would have been nice as we couldn’t get out on the road the first night. Instructions on booking would be good as we would have then purchased some food to eat. Although no utensils, cups or plates.

Very well built cabana in the trees. Super comfortable big beds. Little balcony with forest views that are lovely. Possibility to do a fire in the cabana with everything provided. Parking in front of the cabana

Keep in mind that it is a good 10min drive of the city, restaurants and bars. You cannot go walking at night. The road to go is earthy and we didn’t feel taking the car again once the night was down. Plan to come with your drinks / foods for the night. Wifi didn’t work when we were there. Shower and lights are solar powered, we didn’t have any hot water in the night (but did in the morning with no problems) and the lights were low around midnight.

Big and nice. Has a lot of potential. Oven to make fire. Beautiful forest.

Instead of a living area there are beds both downstairs and upstairs. There is a coffee maker but no mugs or coffee. Just not thought through all the way. Also no power the 3 days we were there and wifi didn‘t work. As there is no reception we were totally lost when we arrived in the middle of the forest without internet or phone.

La cabaña está muy bonita

Que mientan, no había luz eléctrica, todo funcionaba con 3 focos solares. Es decir estás en la nada y no puedes cargar tu teléfono, no hay internet y no puedes hacer ni un café. Eso no me agrado

La cabaña es pequeña pero muy linda, ya que más grande también sería más difícil de calentar. Además, las vistas son muy bellas desde ahí. Yo y mis amigos hicimos homeoffice desde la cabaña y en general la conexión funcionó bastante bien la mayor parte del tiempo.

Podría decir que solo la ubicación, la ubicación no es accesible caminado desde el poblado, así que solo se puede llegar en moto taxi o auto propio, aun así es un poco complicado llegar la primera vez.

Me agrado la estancia. Todo limpio, bonito y el personal es super agradable y lo mejor es que hay agua calentita y chimenea.
