Great location

Toilet smells

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is extremely convenient, just 30 meters from the subway station. From here, you can easily catch the subway to visit the city's famous landmarks. The hostel staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help whenever I needed information. If I have the chance to return to Hangzhou, I will definitely stay here again

Staff was so friendly and could actually speak English! Bed are very comfy

Bathrooms were never really clean. Shower is very dark Doors and lockers made lot of noise when you open them

Very nice hostel! The position is very good, 300m from metro stop. The room was spacious and tidy and I’ve appreciated the curtains on the bed. The restrooms were nice and clean and there were a lot on nice common spaces (terrace with games and ktv, make up room, living room and so on). The staff was very kind and last but not least, they have a chubby cat.

Ita a bit difficult to go to your room if you have a big luggage, reception and some of the rooms are in two different floors and the elevator is not always available. It’s was annoying.
