Room was cooling. Location is near Cenang (5 mins drive)

As a frequent traveller, A few things to work on: 1. There was a dead cockroach/cricket in the shower. Not sure if the staff missed it 2. Coffee Sachets had only 2 packets (ideal for a night) but we were there for 2 nights. Advisable to replenish it or add more before check in 3. No spoons for the cups in the room (couldn't stir any of the sachets we bought) 4. 2x150ml bottles for 2 nights is definitely not enough. Ideal to replenish 5. Toilet bowl seat was not clean. Had some stains which was not conducive/deemed hygienic. 6. Our room was right next to a drain/swamp/lake area which gave an unpleasant smell. Not too sure if most guests will enjoy the smell 7. Paying RM200/night - suggestion to include toiletries too. 8. To have a proper written SOP on payment details and flow as this caused confusion on our end due to booking accidental charges.
