Staff was polite and tried to help

The suites were absolutely different from the images. The owner or manager was very rude. We asked for an upgrade and he said they were sold out but there wasn't another soul in the resort. Then they showed another 2 villas which were still bad and not worth the price. The rooms had moulds on the walls. The bedrooms and washrooms were dusty and smelly. The villas also had ants and worms inside the room on the bed. They also didn't have electricity and no generater as a backup.
