The room was chilly and you could hear the street noise. Also the lock doesn't work, it looks like the lock clicked, but with one movement you can easily open it. Also at night some guys came in and were making noise in the corridor so we locked the door and also put a chair. Room, kitchen, reception, WC were dirty. They asked in the room not to walk in shoes but the floor was dirty. For this money only the location deserved and then you can find a cleaner alternative. The bed linen was sloppily made. We chose this hostel for the rating but it does not live up to it.

Very accomodating i checked in at 3 am Nothing not to like, if u need a few hours break or a couple of days stay this is the best place in sofia

The hosts (owners) were very kind and welcoming.

Although the hosts were always ready to let me into the building, not having an actual key or way to enter without them didn't feel as comfortable as other places. The other guests that were staying there at the same time made the stay highly uncomfortable.
