Everything was perfect. I arrived after 16hrs but everything was so clear and well explained. Easy to get to. Excellent location. Laundry service.

"Amazing overall"

The lady at the reception was very lovely. 10/10. Property is amazing, clean, big for 1 person and on great location. I requested a fan and i was given one.

The cobble stones on the way, from Paris lodron street, quite difficult with luggages. And the church bells. But it’s not the property’s fault so not a big deal.

Close to the HBF and lively surrounding, easy to find restos and coffee shops

Just the noise at around 10 pm but just because it is located near restos but noise will fade before midnight

"Public Student Accommodation Room"

The only thing I liked about Institut St.Sebastian is the location, as it's right in the center of the Old town.

I didn't feel comfortable that it is a Student Accommodation building with no staff around at night and Students in and out, I didn't think it was a safe environment to rent out spare student rooms to the general public. I know I wouldn't send my daughter to such Accommodation. Also no shampoo/body wash? It was very basic, just beds, toilet paper, towels, X2 glasses. And expensive for what it is.
