The building is old and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The location is great - close to everything. When staff was available, they were polite enough and helped with what I needed.

My biggest problem with this place was the lack of staff presence. Reception closed at 16:00, which is WAY too early in my opinion, and after that there was no one to ask questions or get help from. One day I bought groceries to cook, and when I got to the kitchen, I found out that there are no plates, cutlery or cooking equipment, and that every guest has a small fridge that opens with a key - which I didn't have, because the lady at reception didn't mention it when I checked in. So I had to keep my groceries in my room and hope that they won't go bad. The day after I asked the receptionist where can I find dishes, and she took me to a locked room, took and plastic bag full of dishes, and gave them to me. I felt completely helpless in this place, since the staff was so absent. On Saturday reception closed even earlier - around 14:00. It prevented me from doing laundry, because I knew that if something went wrong with the machine, I'll have no one to ask for help. It was a really frustrating experience, that affected my whole visit. Wi fi didn't work for a day and a half to, which was annoying. Plus, the place had zero vibes. It got pretty lonely. So I don't recommend going to this place, unless you don't care about the lack of staff. For me, it was disappointing.

The ambience and location of the property was too good. The size of the rooms were also good and cleanliness maintained.
