El trato del personal fue increible siempre nos trataron de ayudar en todo y el shuttle al pueblo muy bueno. incluso deje un sweater y me lo enviaron por correo eso fue excelente!! Me gusta lo relajado que era el Onsen con muchas piscinas a diferente temperatura y cold plunge. Fue una lastima que la parte de afuera no estaba en funcionamiento. Me encanto que el sauna tenia television toda una experiencia.

Realmente son los roommates y otros huespedes el problema no tanto el lugar en si. Habia mucha gente junta roncando y con olor a pies, en el mismo cuarto y era muy frio y no tenia buena ventilacion. Tuve que salir a dormir fuera del cuarto en la sala principal. La limpieza de los banos pudo ser mejor.

the shuttle bus service to town was great, but always make sure you're there early as it often leaves a minute or two early. I was a little concerned after reading the reviews - particularly about tattooed guests not being able to shower. however, i have a bunch of tattoos and never had any problems. the place was clean enough, and there was one really sweet lady who worked there. she even gave me some onigiri as a gift when I checked out. the free toast and coffee in the morning was a huge plus!

the curfew made me sad as i found a couple of cool bars. it made me feel a little bit like I was on a school trip or something. the shoe/locker thing. on one of the mornings I missed the shuttle bus as there was a huge queue of people wanting to buy onsen tickets and I had to wait to get my shoe box key back.

A perfect opportunity to get real local experience. This place is not made for tourists and if you prefer 5star hotels this place is not for you, but if you want to learn more about Japanese onsen culture it is perfect. You can use multiple baths and sauna as well as cold pool for 900 yen in the evening and in the morning before check out and enjoy nice food right after taking a good bath. Your company is gonna be some Japanese uncles and aunties, but they are great. It’s a simple place with a great soul!

Far from station.

Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach gutes englisch. Es war etwas außerhalb, aber es gab einen shuttle service (den Zeitplan dafür zu finden war sehr mühsam und es war nicht klar, wo genau der shuttle Bus hält). Betten waren unbequem und dessen Ausstattung war minimal (unbequeme Kissen und nur so Wolldecken). Aber alles fair für den niedrigen Preis. Würde es wieder machen.

安かったこと。朝9時までは、パン、コーヒーのモーニングがあった。

お風呂場の洗面所２カ所中使用できず、もう１カ所も詰まって、流れが悪かった。当日は、宿泊費と別に入浴料900円と入湯税100円支払いました。宿泊費に入っているとありがたかったが、、、

La navette gratuite du centre ville à l'hôtel est appréciable car il se trouve à 4km du cœur historique . Les jacuzzis sont tout aussi appréciables après une bonne journée de marche.

Par contre la déco est carrément ringarde, l'hôtel a besoin d'un bon relooking et les dortoirs de 20 lits sans rideaux, ou même de 20 futons à même le sol et les douches communes sans séparation n' offrent pas beaucoup d'intimité !
