Staff super empatico. Ci hanno aiutati a gestire un piede ferito con grande attenzione. Onsen accessibile a pagamento molto tradizionale. Navetta per la stazione

Un po’ distante dal centro ma raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata di mezz’ora

Tout, endroit incroyablement authentique. Pas ma meilleure nuit mais c’était vraiment un moment à part. Nous avons aussi bien mangé.

Les clients israéliens qui se croient tout permis, allument les lumières des dortoirs à 1h du matin pour chercher leur lit, vous mettent les frontales en plein visage… bref…

"Manque de confort et de propreté. Bains agréables cela dit."

Le bain était correct et agréable, même s’il faut payer un supplément. Sans compter la serviette.

Non confortable, les lits non faits pas de draps pas de taie d’oreiller. Accueil froid par certain.e.s employées ( pas toutes !). Localisation : bien car jolie campagne mais excentrée (mais bus gratuit jusqu’à la gare)

Personnel agréable.

Réservation d'un studio pour une nuit, nous avons eut une salle de réunion sans aménagement avec quatre futons au sol, minime en épaisseur, sans drap, ni taie d'oreiller. Nous avons payé 30000 yen et avons du rajouter 4000 pour avoir accès au "onsen" (chloré?), mais aurions du tout de même ajouter 1200 pour avoir accès aux douches si nous ne voulions pas du onsen... (réservation d'un logement sans douche??)

"Una experiencia auténtica."

Tenía mis dudas antes de ir porque había leído comentarios de varios occidentales quejándose y la verdad es que creo que esa gente no entendió la esencia del lugar. Es un onsen japonés auténtico no un lugar para turistas. Si querés vivir una experiencia de verdad auténtica y no andar en los típicos hostels para turistas extranjeros, el lugar está ideal. El personal es súper amable, hay mucho espacio común para pasar el rato si no querés estar en el cuarto, tiene un restorán dentro con precios bastante buenos y lo mejor de todo tienen un servicio de shuttle gratis a la estación. Además de todo eso si querés experimentar un verdadero onsen japonés pagando un extra podés disfrutar del servicio y usar las duchas. Cómo ya mencionaron en otros comentarios, es en primer lugar un onsen y en segundo un albergue. En resumen, el lugar me gustó mucho y si vuelvo a Takayama me quedaría nuevamente.

Las camas no eran muy cómodas.
