The cleaning lady and the people in the area.

The blatant disregard for contract and check-in clerk getting personally passively aggressive with me. Check in time is strictly after 4pm or an hour or so after written check-in time. Having a vehicle this wasn't such a big deal, the little jab of placing me in the smallest upper bunk was, especially when they were clearly shown the written check in time. This is generally unusual in hostels which from my experience are normally substandard but friendly.

"Great hostel, and great location"

Great hostel, it almost looks new! The bathrooms were clean, same for the toilets, the beds were very private (with a curtain or a door). Would definitely stay here again!

The orchard hostel was one of my favorite place I’ve stayed in Canada. It’s got everything you need and an outstanding atmosphere! Everything was clean and the staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful.

"If I stay in Radium again, I will stay at the Orchard."

My expectations were for a place to sleep. The Orchard hostel exceeded this expectation.

The sleeping bunk was secure but very small. I was happy with it; some might find it tiny.
