No a/c so very hot as it was on the second floor.

Good location, well priced, decent rooms for a hostel style set up. Would stay again.

I would’ve liked to have been able to lock my room while I was out. There’s only an internal chain-lock which I definitely had to use because multiple people got curious and popped their heads in. I also came back from being out for the day a few times to my door slightly ajar and/or light turned on, both of which I was diligent about closing/turning off on my way out.

Location was great and friendly staff.

1. Poor toilet situation as no body wash was provided despite communicating with the Hostel via Booking App. Response was lacking and nonchalant. 2. Kitchen was dirty with cockroaches all over. Very disgusting and needs an uplift. 3. Lack of communication when power was cut in the Radium hot spring areas. Nobody was around to provide any help 4. Bunks are not well ventilated. Very hot during the summer. We left one night early as the overall situation was poor. Bad hostel experience so I’m not sure where the reviews are coming from.

Great location. Friendly staff. The private pods are very comfortable. Comes with bedding and towels. Showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The bugs inside the hostel. This was my second time staying here. There were no bugs last time. There were bugs in culinary drawer, the freezer (somehow it was still alive) and on the counter tops. We didn’t find or see any bugs outside the kitchen area. When I say bugs, I don’t mean one or two, there was quite a few and they came out at night. Management should consider bug traps. The one type of beetle is harmless, but still there was way too many. I did report the issue and was told a note would be left. Hopefully, this concern is addressed in a timely fashion. We will consider stay there again in the future, as it’s a super cute hostel.
