THE ORCHARD (HOSTEL WITH PRIVATE BUNKS)

Everything I needed was available and clean and orderly. The staff was very helpful.

The top bunk is a bit harder to climb in and out of but we'll designed.

I like nothing in this property.

I was charged for the rooms that I tried cancelling several times before the cancellation deadline. Series of emails and conversation were sent on both parties but they are unresponsive during that time where in fact they know that they can do something somehow as the property owner. They will always say to call booking.com..which I did of course. They know that something is not right and that they did nothing to consider or reach out to the third party. What they did is not rightful and very inconsiderate, insensitive knowing that this is supposed to be an enjoyable moment for my 3 boys birthday. They don't have the heart to help you because at that moment they are waiting for the opportunity that they will get the money without us using it. This is frustrating and stressful birthdays of my kids and to all of us.If I can give a numerous negative zeros here, I will.

Nice and clean, price is great. Well stocked kitchen with micro, hotplate,coffeepot kettle and dishes, coffee, creamer...but no stove. Tv and internet, towels, showers, lockers...all good. Walk to pub , grocery, in 10 minutes, or hot springs. Not busy

Much privacy for a hostel. The design of the hostel is cozy with a few nice couches and a tv.

Very small bunks with almost no space for a suitcase. Cold showers and dirty dishes in the kitchen. It's not possible to lock his bunk from the outside.

Always enjoy a pleasant and quiet stay here. Gentlemen at the desk was nice, and there were only a couple others staying in the hostel.

Wish it was a bit closer to Invermere/Panorama, but otherwise it's good. Hot water takes a while.
