I liked this place more than I would have thought. It was a low price, so had low expectations. The dorms have a lot of beds (16 I think), but the beds are MASSIVE, and there is an area next to bed for clothes and personal stuff , and my own USB outlets. When in the bed it really feels like a seperate room althogether. I could have stayed longer here. Also the common room was nice, and a good functional kitchen. IT is very close to beach and centre.

The guy who checked me in was friendly. Location. There was an OK breakfast.

Usually i read reviews before a booking..this time i did it afterwards unfortunately and it already made aware of recent bed bug issues. I checked my bed before going out, found one, killed it. Maybe i should have already taken action but what are the options... Christmas Eve, everything fully booked. So i went out and when i came back i found 2 more (no longer any staff present i believe) and tried to get some sleep. When i noticed being bitten in face and hands i found one on my pillow, crushed it and left it(evidence) and thought to be smart and move myself to the common area on the sofa, to try to get some sleep. Before doing so i found one bedbug on the wall, made a photo and removed it. Tried to ignore the drunk old guy using the kitchen very loudly, and didn't sleep much. In the morning i believed that moving there kinda saved me with only 4 bites, but later on in the day there were more, and i ended up with close to 20 bites (it's common that it takes some time before they appear and start itching). Luckily i only booked for one night because of an event so as soon as staff was there i told the story, showed the marks, offered to show the pillowcase and show the photo but he wasn't really interested. I asked for a refund since i had to wash everything etc but all i got was a ''we thought the issue was over but apparently it's not, thank you for reporting this''. They have these sprays at reception but i think the only thing that can save this hostel is professional pest control. And a new kitchen and bathroom as well...

Attention, it has bed bugs!!!! Other guests had also complained about it. The pillows were uncomfortable. It was very noisy, there was no respect for people who were sleeping. We are disappointed and shocked.

Location. Bags kept till afternoon of leaving.

TV could hear it all night. At 2am I got up and pulled plug out as it was on with no one watching it.
