Communal areas and location!

Space in room, can be quite noisy in mornings outside

Excellent location. Clean and well-ventilated room

Lovely property, very nicely decorated. Great facilities inside and very clean as well.

Nothing wrong with the property, the only downside is the £15/day for parking in the car park behind. Although I’m sure there are some free/cheaper options nearby as well

Just perfect for a short break in Devon. Good price, clean room, great location. Helpful email from the owners before arrival about everything.

Kitchen and communal areas

No hot water, rooms very basic, clock striking every hour outside widow, I in very tired. Sink over toilet. Shower did not drain, decoration poor with pealing pain above bed. Very dates and old mix match of lights and furniture. Ok but way overpriced

The beds are not really comfortable

Location was good and walkable to everywhere. Staff were friendly. Big kitchen where you could prepare your own meals with a large lounge area for chilling out. Free tea and coffee with a free help yourself area to use front checked out guests. Dormitory was big with comfortable sleeping. Separate toilet and shower room in the hallway. Would definitely stay here again.
