Alles ist brandneu, wie auf den Fotos, große Lobby mit vielen bequemen Sitzmöbeln, große super ausgestattete Küche, kleiner Balkon, die Schlafräume sind groß und hell, die Betten sehr bequem und mit cleveren Sichtsschutzrollos ausgestattet- all das mitten im sonst unerschwingljchen Kitzbühel Allerdings waren wir nur sehr wenige Gäste, wenn es voll ist und im Winter, dann könnte es sich natürlich weniger luxuriös anfühlen

Wunderbar, sehr zu empfehlen! Hat sich angefühlt wie die WG eines Freundes. Einziges Manko waren die nicht vorhandenen Parkplätze.

If you are sensitive to noises, it might be a bit noisy at night as there are bars and restaurants close by. There is only one bathroom and one toilet in the room. If the room is fully booked, there will be queue for them.
