Had to do 3 change of dates and staff were brilliant and accommodating by email and on the phone trying to sort us out. Instructions were left for us as we were a late book in. So many fridges for food and many spaces to use. We had a room with bathroom for my daughter and I and it was just what we needed for our 10 hour stay. Would definitely go there again and great to bump into many other travellers

No lights in out back carpark and wouldn't you know it we had to hi to car many times

Good location, easy to access and to go trough the welcoming process

The Room was too hot, which made it difficult to sleep in

Great location for accessing the Maunga. Easy free parking and they let me return for a shower after my day before heading on.

A little noisy but it was a backpackers so to be expected.

Great location, friendly staff

We had a ground floor room and it was so noisy when the people walked in the room upstairs, specially considering that most of the people use this hotel as base to do hikes, get ready to wake up at 5-6am because of that.

Je n’y ai passé qu’une nuit mais la salle d’escalade intérieur est un vrai plus. Voyageant seule je n’ai malheureusement pu l’utiliser car il fallait être 2 pour se sécuriser
