Rooms were clean and tidy. The ladies replaced the towels often. Good reliable wifi. No issues with the shower cold/hot water. Parking its easy. 1.You can either park at Parque Municipal 2 da Ribeira Brava (underground) fairly cheap. 2.Public parking next to the police station on the main road. Paid parking from 9 to 7 so if you plan your day between those hours you can park for free, if not its like 1-3 euros for 2-3 hours till you reach the free period. Owner accommodated us for late check-in which was super helpful. I would definitely consider coming back to this location.

Location is good for getting around the whole island. They cleaned our room and changed the towels 3 times in 5 nights stay. Kitchen wl equipped. Nice mountain view on our side. You can park the car arround the accomodation for a small fee. Parking is taxed only from 8AM-19PM.

We received 2 single beds instead of a double one. Wardrobe and the walls were a bit outdated.

La télé ne marche pas

Notre séjour s’est bien passé. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal et l’appart-hôtel est un bon moyen de se loger. Le personnel était gentil, avec un lit fait tous les jours, ainsi que la salle de bain nettoyée et les serviettes changées.

À notre arrivée, nous avons remarqué que le sol n’était pas lavé : nos pieds étaient sales si nous marchions pieds nus. Malgré le fait d’aérer notre chambre, nous ressentions beaucoup d’humidité. De plus, l’insonorisation des chambres est très faible : nous entendions nos voisins comme si nous étions avec eux.
