Paguei um quarto com vista para a montanha e quando cheguei ao quarto deparei-me com um andaime a tapar a vista por completo. Para além disso, não podia abrir a janela, pois estavam obras a decorrer e não tinha privacidade devido aos senhores das obras conseguirem ver para dentro do alojamento. A senhora do alojamento com quem falei ao telefone, disse que seria reembolsada devido ao problema, no entanto já passou praticamenre 1 mês desde a minha estadia e ainda não obtive o tal dito reembolso nem uma resposta às minhas mensagens. Só pela falta de humildade e sinceridade, não voltarei a reservar o alojamento muito menos recomendá-lo.

I cannot name a single good thing. The terrible state of the apartment and the dishonest behavior of the host completely ruined the beginning of our vacation.

Everything was unacceptable. The apartment was extremely dirty and unhygienic. There was dust everywhere, despite the fact that right at the time of booking, I explicitly requested thorough cleaning due to my severe dust allergy. The host did not even bother to reply to my message, let alone clean the place. To make matters worse, there were hairs on the bedsheets and spiders in the towels. ​When we complained about the horrible conditions, the host told us to request a cancellation through Booking. However, after we applied for it, they completely rejected the cancellation and kept our money. Since then, the host has completely ghosted us – they refuse to reply to our messages, won't answer our phone calls, and are completely ignoring Booking support as well. ​We only stayed the first night because it was too late to find anything else, but we refused to spend a second night in such filth. We were left without accommodation and scammed. Avoid this place at all costs!
