The property is in a great location and easily accessible.

The beds are not very comfortable. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and surrounding rooms.

"Good location hostel"

Location is near kawaguichiko station. The shower facility is excellent.

Room is a bit too small.and bed is a bit too hard. The room is on the second floor and there is no lift. Very difficult to carry up heavy luggage up second floor due to the steep staircase. And there is no kids size slippers.

This was the best backpackers I've stayed in. Wonderful staff, clean room, comfy bed, the best shower water pressure, opposite the train station and to top it off a wonderful restaurant below.

"Overall okay as location was great."

Great location

The staircase is not user-friendly for elderly people, as there is no handrail to hold while climbing. Cleaner not friendly & rude. The room lacks proper soundproofing, so noise from people walking outside can be heard during the stay.
