房間很乾淨、公共的廁所及浴室也是相當乾淨！ 一直有房務人員在打掃。 位置離河口湖車站步行3分鐘左右，性價比之王 只是房間在二樓，有大型行李的朋友要小心不要摔倒

很乾淨、交通方便，走出去5分鐘到河口湖車站，走15分鐘到河口湖。離著名的Lawson 走路不用10分鐘，也有7-11。吃東西也方便。公共空間維持的乾淨，裝潢新（2025），床好睡，暖氣正常運作（12月）。室內明亮！ 樓下是同體系餐廳，我忘記房客可以折100日圓。 我1人住3人房，空間有些侷促，如果你們3人只有各帶15公升的背包，還可。 洗衣機300圓，有提供洗衣劑。 業主在營業時間回訊快，有任何需求就直接用booking 訊息溝通 👍

Location

Staff, cleaning lady gave the worst vibes... the vibe of the place was like staying with a strict parent. We actually left and went to a different hotel the last night because it was so uncomfortable

- comfortable beds - super practical using bus / train as it is next to the station - clean - good value for money

- (small point since there is a door lock) no lockers
