Everything is good, check-in and check-out is smooth, the room is clean and comfortable. The location is only 100 meter to Kawaguchiko station. If you plan to rent a bicycle or car, this area is close to everything.

L'uomo alla reception é stato sgradevole; sicuramente non é giapponese perché tutti i giapponesi alla reception degli alberghi dove abbiamo soggiornato nel nostro viaggio sono stati tutti estremamente gentili e ci hanno fatto loro il check-in anche lí dove non era semplicissimo. Al nostro arrivo nella struttura ci ha detto che dovevamo fare il check-in online. Gli ho detto che ero molto stanco, che il soggiorno era giá pagato, gli ho dato il passaporto e ho chiesto a lui di farlo. Non ha fatto niente per aiutarci, ci ha detto che dovevamo farlo noi, in caso contrario non ci avrebbe dato la camera. Vorrei dire a questa persona: Caro Mr.... Nella vita prima o poi anche tu avrai bisogno di un aiuto di un'altra persona e se qualcuno non ti aiuterá, spero che ripensi anche tu a quel giorno in cui non ti sei comportato bene con me perché non mi hai aiutato con un problema molto semplice. Vedrai che ti sará utile questa riflessione e ti aiuterá a cambiare. Rifletti un pó...

Location

The hostel doesn't have facilities for carrying luggage up the stairs, and the stairs are short. The only thing they offer is luggage storage for an additional fee. They don't offer any amenities that, compared to the price and other places I've stayed in, do offer.

位置極佳，離河口湖車站走路兩分鐘，對面就有腳踏車出租店，散步至纜車站遊覽船約十分鐘；清潔很徹底，公用衛浴十分乾淨。

冬季入住，窗戶會滲冷風，但暖氣不夠暖，房間內溫度很難提高。

This hostel is so only walking distance to kawaguchiko station and the viral lawson. I like how mount fuji is visible the moment we step out of the property. We booked the camp room, it was so spacious, very clean, smells good. The bathroom and toilets are also very comfortable to use. Very recommended.
