Guesthouse Matsushiro Walkers

This hostel was so nice and cosy if you’re staying in Matsushiro. A bonus was the extremely comfy beds - I had the best nights sleep. The atmosphere was so lovely and such a friendly host. He let me keep my bags there and gave recommendations for the town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Todo maravilloso en las instalaciones. Limpieza, orden y comodidad. Instrucciones claras que facilitan la convivencia. De destacar la enorme amabilidad de la persona que atiende el hostal. ¡Muchisimas gracias!

No lo considero una desventaja en si, pero hay que decir que el hostal esta muy lejos del centro de Nagano. No obstante, la parada del autobus esta a solo 50 metros de la puerta.

Matsushiro area was lovely, lots to see, and beautiful! You'll have to get the bus into Nagano but its door to door so very easy. The guest house was small and cozy feel with blankets and heated blanket on the bed too. The shower has good pressure. There are lockers you can put your valuables in.

The dining room chairs weren't too comfortable so would be good to have somewhere to chill out that isn't your bed. The mattress was thin so we used the blankets to make it more comfortable. The hostel was quite dusty so could have been cleaner. My bed was near natural light so got woken up at 5:30 each morning.
