Location and friendly staff and quiet at night

Unusually dirty especially the floors in shared areas like hallways and kitchen , I’ve never seen dirty floors in a Korean hotel before. A lot of black mould in the rooms and I looked in several rooms. The pillows mattresses duvets are stained under the covers. This all really needs addressing.

It was way smaller than we thought. The room was definitely not cleaned as there were clearly things laying around that belonged to other people.

It is so bad I want to give them a zero but that’s not possible so I give it a one. Stay clear of this place. Honestly I should’ve looked at the review but i just needed somewhere for one night and the pictures looked decent. But I can honestly say it looks nothing like the pictures. It looks like they have not maintained this place whatsoever since they first opened.

The checkout was super late. They didn’t even have a key to give me. The room wasn’t cleaned at all since the last guests checked out in the morning. One of the staff told me it would take him 10 minutes to clean my room. 10 minutes is too short bearing in mind that previous guests had checked out earlier that morning. So clearly they do not do a thorough clean. This was evident when we came back in the evening to find that the room was still filthy. The floors were dirty. The fridge was filthy, there was even coffee left in the fridge from the last guest. The walls were super stained. I have never ever stayed at a place so dirty in my entire life. I literally have nothing positive to say about this place. Honestly just stay away.

The room has no window, so it was dark all day.
