I arrived at the hotel and was offered a room that was completely disproportionate to what I paid for. I paid for a room with a private kitchen, two double beds, a private bathroom, and an internal laundry, but they offered me a room with bunk beds, no kitchen, and no washing machine. They said they had made a mistake with the room, meaning if you don't complain, they try to take advantage of you. They asked me for 1 hour to clean the room. Around 6 PM, I returned to the hotel, and the receptionist had already left without doing anything. In other words, they didn't change the bed or the towels. I entered the room and found the previous guest's towels, with no cleaning done. I went to the market to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room and wash the sheets and towels. After 2 hours, another receptionist arrived at the hotel, apologized, and said she would reimburse me for the cleaning products I bought. This woman never contacted me again. In other words, there is no reception, there is no cleaning! Avoid this place!

Was what I expected and good value for money

Slight smell of mould but it didn’t really matter

Staffs were really helpful as I arrived around 12+am and after I ring the front desk, they helped me to check in immediately. And they message me to check on what time I’ll arrive in case I can’t check in to my stay.

The location is abit deep inside at the alley might be abit dangerous for solo girl traveller, but overall the location is still strategic overall.

our room wasn’t ready when we got there so they put us in another room for a couple days, they were very helpful and nice with that process. that room wasn’t amazing but it worked just fine for us. then easily moved us to our original room and that room was great, the bathroom was big and the room was good. would stay here again. food shops were close by and public transport too. such an easy location to get around in. they had $0.30 cold water bottles which were great

in the first room, it had a bit of mould in the bathroom and was a bit run down but overall was fine to stay in
