Rich House Dongdaemun

The staff was good despite not being there at the facility.

The location wasn't great and the facility wasn't very clean.

The staff was nice and helpful. I forgot to take my card from a friend when I was going back to the hotel and the staff let me in without any problems. They also helped us with luggage when we arrived. Fre washing machine and tumble dryer.

The room was not clean, very hot, even though we tried to stop the heating. We couldn't open a window and still there were so many mosquitos that i couldn't sleep at night. There were squished mosquito with blood on the walls. Also the refrigerator made noise during the night. And there was probably hole in our ceiling, so there was a piece of blue plastic. The hole was in the area of the bunk bed so it made me a bit nervous.
