Staff was very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating as they let me hang out at the hostel until my midnight flight. Took bus 79 to/from Almaty Airport to within 1/4 mile to the hostel.

Very social, great team, good kitchen and comfortable beds

A few more bathrooms would be nice.

El lugar siempre está limpio, está bien ubicado, desde el aeropuerto llegas en bus 79 directo, y los chicos del staff son muy amables y pacientes ))

Its a great experience. The staff especially sultan is amazingly sweet and very helpful indeed. Really liking my stay.

Limited bathrooms, so sometimes there's a short wait

Aisultan and Valentin are both so friendly, kind, helpful, and fun. They helped make the hostel feel homey and welcoming - I stayed for 2 weeks. This hostel is social (possibly even the most social hostel in Kazakhstan). If you’re looking to meet travelers from all over, stay here.

There are only 3 bathrooms for the whole hostel and sometimes I’d have to wait to use the sink/toilet in the morning. The hostel is a little far from the center, but there’s bus stations nearby and Yandex is cheap at least. Would also be better if there were curtains

Очень понравилось проживание в этом хостеле! Чисто, уютно, спокойная атмосфера, удобное расположение и всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить администраторов Валентина и Айсултана — очень вежливые, отзывчивые и внимательные ребята. Всегда помогали с любыми вопросами, создавали дружелюбную атмосферу и делали всё, чтобы гости чувствовали себя как дома. Благодаря таким сотрудникам хочется возвращаться снова. Рекомендую этот хостел!

Great place in a beautiful area. The people who run the place are great and so sweet and friendly. It’s a very cosy place with lots of travellers from all around the world. A happy and joyful home!
