Very nice place and friendly owners. Eco-style hostel. There is a kitchen that you can use. Large outdoor veranda for relaxing. There is a restaurant and a shop next door. Good location: beach, tourist street, fruit and other shops - everything is nearby!

The shared shower is located outside. This is normal, but when I forgot the towel I had to do without it.

It is in Unawatuna and the beach is about 1km away

They said it was a room but it was not a room, it was a half constructed area in a house and there are no beds, they have put mattresses on the floor,and all the guests have to sleep in the same room, there is no privacy or freedom. Do not book this anyone

The location is perfect, super close to the Jungle beach

The bathroom is outside in the garden so it takes some adapting

Short walk to the beach in a quiet area, it's a great affordable place to stay. Lots of mosquitos but there were nets so it's ok. The shared outside bathroom was clean and I never had to wait for it.

Really nice place and the owners and worker was very helpful and friendly. Location good as just at the end of the main street. And also close to the jungle beach.

There was a bit of a problem with mosquitos (I know were in Sri Lanka) but small change to the room ducts could change that. The lady did however kindly provide us with a plug in to help!

What a beautiful property! I stayed in the 4-bed female dorm for two nights. The room is humongous - spacious, big window, access directly onto the top terrace. Two toilets and a sink with cutlery, plates, and bowls. Everything was clean. They also have a bookshelf on the main floor! The location feels like the “end” of the main tourist street of Unawatuna. There are local shops right before you arrive and a local restaurant with a cooking class around the corner. Less than 5 minutes walk from the more European style restaurants, cafes, clubs and shops. If I return to Unawatuna I will be staying here again. Thank you for the perfect stay!
