Racist with Asian. I really had terrible experience with this hostel I went for a breakfast at 9:18 am morning and once I took bread and butter try to eat one female staff came and took my breakfast plate and bread from my hand said it's closed at 9:00 am . Too much unprofessional with guest female staffs no manners and sense how to treat with hostel customers. I could finish my breakfast then they can leave it's a few minutes away to finish breakfast. Be careful guys stay away from this accomodation service behaviour too much Racist with Asian because it's cheap hostel don't expect star facilities.. it's far away from Luxembourg city centre and you need all days coming and going back to city nothing positive they don't do Nice friendly behaviour with me . Stay away

SCHRECKLICH... Einen Kranken Lufterkanktem Menschen mit Sauerstoff Machine und lautem Geräuschen zu hören über 2 Nächten . Ich habe mich gefühlt wie in einem Krankenhaus. Sehr traurig und enttäuschend als Erfahrung... Leider nie wieder Torture physique et psychique ...

Очень чисто , теплые одеяла , комфортный матрац,горячая вода и неплохой завтрак за свои деньги, приветливый персонал, удобное расположение.

Не было мыла в туалете и нет замка от шкафчика и ключей.Шум из окна и храп соседей по комнате,но у меня были беруши(советую всем их брать ). Некоторые из пребывающих вели себя неадекватно.На вторую ночь кто то из новоприбывших занял мою кровать, надо как то метить занятые спальные места.

"Große Enttäuschung"

Bettwäsche war dreckig und hatte Löcher, und das Gummiband war kaputt, Betten waren sehr schmal, tropfendes Wasserrohr (Personal hatte einen Eimer drunter gestellt), Handtücher sind selber mitzubringen oder gegen Aufpreis zu leihen, Frühstück war katastrophal (Auswahl und Art und Weise, wie es serviert wurde - à la Krankenhaus), im Frühstücksraum hat es gestunken. Bei einem Preis in der Größenordnung 100 Euro erwartet man definitiv was Besseres.
