The staff is unprofessional. No customer service skills. Grumpy, rude, immoral. Thieves. I paid in full when making my reservation, which clearly states includes all taxes and fees. When I arrive, she says she needs to charge me city tax. This is fraud. The room to which I was assigned has all broken lockers and has a man living there long-term. I mentioned that all lockers are broken and that I have valuable items I don't want stolen, and with a very bad attitude she decided to put me in a different room. When I go to reception to check out and return the key, a different person rudely tells me that I owe 800Kc because I was put into a more expensive room. Unacceptable. Eventually she calls the supervisor and I did not have to pay. But, in any case, this is still rude and unprofessional. Nobody apologized or asked how was my stay. Only rude behaviors and asking of more money. 15€ is way too much for this place. No heat in the room. No way to cook food in kitchen, only a dirty microwave. Not even a toaster. No wi-fi. And everyone is given the same key. It opens the front door and the rooms. So, technically my bags were still not secure even though I was put into a different room. When I left, I raised my voice due to being fully annoyed, and I am a generally calm person. This place is not what it pretends to be. They do not deserve to have any guests.

The room was very clean.

Overlooking the main square which had a big folk festival going on. Absolutely brilliant spot for exploring a UNESCO listed town. I will be back, lots of pubs and places to eat nearby. 2 mins walk from UNESCO site and a short walk from train station.

Nothing to complain about. Great place to stay.

Big room, towels included, excellent location, calm, very friendly staff.
