staff was nice: they let me cancel 1 night on short notice (my plans changed) and let me store my luggage while hiking quilotoa wifi worked well

Lovely property in Latacunga, very quiet at night and lovely hostess. Breakfast for additional price was great.

Very friendly staff, clean, hot water in shower.

A little out of town, but loud with dogs and car alarms. We bought breakfast here which we thought was limited. Can’t drink the tap water but there is no dispenser available so you need to buy lots of bottled water.

The staff was very friendly and we were also able to switch rooms after realiting the first one is really noisy

Very smelly rooms with these automatic smell dispensers in the toilet. Options to get fresh air were pretty limitted. My boyfriwnd was pretty allergic after the night in there :/

Clean room. The most comfortable beds on our 10 month trip, covered with warm blankets. Location a kilometer from the bus station and close to the center. Good breakfast with fruits

The location is good. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was included and was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer storage room for your luggage.

Unfortunately the showers were only warm not hot and only warm when the water pressure is kept low (electrical heater).

Good price, nice location, very nice staff and we could leave our luggage safely for the quilotoa loop.

They have electric heaters in the showers which don't get very hot and feel very unsafe.
