Very clean, staff helpful, nice breakfast

Perfect location for Quilotoa loop bus and staff super friendly!

Location on Google Maps not super accurate (it is halfway the block), but staff were super helpful to point this out

Nothing, really

The location does not match the actual place - had to drive around the block and ask a policeman to find it. I was told I can park inside but then was woken up before 7am to make space for other car to leave. Hot water in the shower ran for less than 30 seconds - after that freezing cold. The worst part was the sewer-like stench that kept getting stronger to the point of waking us up at night.

The room was big and comfortable and had a nice bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly.

There is a kitchen you can use, but it doesn't seem to be too inviting to cook big meals or more often there. WiFi was unstable

The bed was comfortable, there was hot water in the shower and the staff was friendly and eager to provide information.

The towels we had did not seem particularly clean but everything else was clean.
